Hey! Just wanted to share a quick update on the recent feedback we got from users. It seems like there's a lot of confusion around the new onboarding flow – specifically, the step where users need to connect their GitHub account.

Here's a breakdown of the main pain points:

*   **Too many steps:** Users feel like it takes too long to get to the main features.
*   **Unclear instructions:** The wording is a bit technical and not everyone understands what they need to do.
*   **Unexpected requirement:** Some users weren’t expecting to need a GitHub account at all.

We've already started brainstorming some potential solutions, like simplifying the flow and adding more contextual help. Let's chat about this next week to prioritize and assign tasks. Any initial thoughts?
