Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share a quick update on our ongoing redesign project. Things are moving along nicely, but we've hit a slight roadblock with the user onboarding flow. 😬

**Here's the situation:**

* Currently, it takes about 3 minutes for a new user to complete the onboarding process.
* Our goal is to reduce that time to under 1 minute.
* We're exploring a few different approaches, including simplifying the form fields and adding a short interactive tutorial.

**What we need from you:**

* Please review the latest mockups and provide feedback by Friday.
* Specifically, we'd love to hear your thoughts on the interactive tutorial. Is it engaging? Is it clear?
* If you have any suggestions for further streamlining the process, please share them!
