Okay, so I’m gonna try to explain this. We had a meeting yesterday, and it was... a lot. Honestly, I'm still processing it.
Here’s a breakdown of what happened:
* **The Problem:** The user flow for onboarding new clients is clunky and confusing. Like, seriously confusing. People are dropping off left and right.
* **The Proposed Solution:** We need to completely overhaul the onboarding process. I know, big task. But think of the happy clients! 🎉
* **The Debate:** There was a *spirited* discussion (read: a lot of people talking over each other) about whether to use a wizard, a progress bar, or just a series of short, targeted emails.
* **The Outcome:** No decision was made. 🤦♀️ We’re going to “circle back” next week.
* **My Recommendation:** Let’s just get everyone on board with a simple, step-by-step guide. No wizards, no progress bars, just clear instructions. What do you think?
