Привет, команда Unifi Protect! Только что купил Cloud Key Gen 2 и пару камер. Пытаюсь добавить камеру G3 в Protect.

1. Первый способ — через приложение Protect на iOS.
Приложение находит камеру, я выбираю SSID и ввожу пароль, слышу звук успешного подключения на камере, но приложение застревает на этапе присвоения имени камере (см. скриншот ниже). Пробовал несколько раз — дальше этого экрана не пройти.

2. Второй способ — через веб-браузер.
Выбираю ручное добавление камеры, ввожу SSID и пароль, появляется QR-код для сканирования. Но G3 не может считать этот код или какой-либо другой.

Есть идеи, как дальше действовать?

Having this same problem with the new unifi g4 doorbell. I have reset it several times, but each time I get to the IOS screen to name the device, I'm stuck. Can't type anything! So frustrating after I waited so long to get this doorbell!UPDATE: I finally got it to work by using a different SSID on my network. I was initially trying to use my IoT SSID. Not sure why it didn't work on that one.

I got 3 G3-micros and all of them can not be joined because of the unability to name the cameras in IOS Unifi protect app: no keyboard input is possible.I also tried the proposed solution, but in factory default state no SSID is being broadcast by any of the G3-micros.Please advice.

jwrodrick Guest	#11 28.06.2020 17:44:00 @UI-Cody I have two G3 Micros that have been disconnected from my Cloud Key and now I can't get them to rejoin. I'm getting the same error as Onno. I can't name the devices as it won't let me type anything. I attempted your method and even though it connects to my network I cant provision them in Protect. Please provide a fix.

What should the SSID name be like?Not a good setup experience so far
